Women's Empowerment Workshops

Rise and Shine, Goddesses!

Join us for a day full of personal feminine empowerment.
Workshops are held from 10am - 5pm on the farmhouse property, and includes an all day hydration station (water/tea/lemonade) and a full organic lunch, as well as an afternoon nibble.

Rise and Shine Workshop Dates:

Saturday September 21 / Saturday October 5

Price per goddess  $95   (max of 10 goddesses)

In this intimate setting of 10 women or less, on this beautiful and serene property of the 1820's farmhouse at Faywood Gardens, we will empower eachother to rise up and shine into our most authentic selves.

Some specifics that are focused on during the workshop:

- pinpointing and challenging old belief systems

- confronting fear and transforming it into motivation

- self care and love

- mindfulness of thought patterns

- letting go of attachments

- how to ask for help

- you are not your story

- personal affirmations

This intimate setting allows for a feeling of community and safety among like-minded participants, and allows a safety zone for vulnerability and emotions.

We will work on physical movement, journaling, and visualization as mediums to connect with and rise above old thought patterns that may be holding us back. Let's support each other into stepping into our power and taking back our lives again! Turn those dreams into a reality, goddesses!

Meet Lisa Ruoff - Facilitator and Leader

Lisa has spent decades working on self empowerment. As a solo female traveler, she has traveled through 5 continents with her backpack on her back, flowing with the process as it unfolded. As an entrepreneur, she has planned, built, opened, and run (as chef/owner) three of her own restaurants. With the better part of 25 years spent between Alaska and Colorado, she now owns a 10 acre farmstead in Vermont with an 1820's brick house that she has been renovating for over 5 years now.
No kids, never married (at least not yet!)
Empowerment has become her way of life sustenance! And she is overjoyed to share it with other goddesses!
